Each piece is made to order by hand, ensuring the highest quality and attention to detail.

Typical production time: 2–3 business days.

Note: Since every item is handcrafted, production times may occasionally take a little longer during busy seasons or due to high demand.

We always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible while maintaining exceptional quality.

📦 My order hasn’t shipped after 2–3 days. Why?

We work fast, but we also value family time. Our team doesn't process orders over the weekend.

If you placed an order after 3 PM EST on Friday or during the weekend, production starts on Monday, and your order will typically ship by Tuesday or Wednesday.

🚚 How long does shipping take?

Delivery times vary based on your location:

  • United States: 3–5 business days (Most orders arrive sooner!)
  • Canada, UK & EU: 5–10 business days
  • Other International Orders: 7–14 business days

✏️ I made a mistake in my order. Can I fix it?

Absolutely — just email us at support@calido.store within 3 hours of placing your order.

We’ll make the correction if our item hasn’t been shipped yet. Once it’s on the way, we’re unable to make changes.

❌ Can I cancel my order?

We begin crafting your gift as soon as your order is placed. If you need to cancel, please email support@calido.store within 3 hours of your purchase.

After this time frame, cancellations may not be possible because production will have already begun.

🔍 How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number and carrier details via email.

You can also track your package anytime on our Order Tracking page.

📬 My order says “delivered” but I haven’t received it.

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but it’s missing, please:

  1. Double-check your mailbox, porch, and around your property.
  2. Ask neighbors or household members if they accepted the package.
  3. Wait 1–2 business days — sometimes deliveries are marked as “delivered” a bit early.
  4. Contact your local post office with your tracking number for more information.
