Order Processing & Tracking

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
  • Orders placed after 3 PM EST on Friday or during the weekend will start processing on Monday and typically ship by Tuesday or Wednesday.
  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow your gift every step of the way.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your destination:

  • United States: 3–5 business days (USPS/FedEx)
  • Canada, United Kingdom, European Union: 5–10 business days (DHL/FedEx)
  • Other International Orders: 7–14 business days (DHL/FedEx)
