🕒 How long does production take?

All of our jewelry gifts are made to order with care and precision.
Production typically takes 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday) before your order is shipped.

📦 My order hasn’t shipped after 2 days. Why?

We work quickly, but we also respect quality and family time. Our team does not process orders over the weekend.

If your order was placed after 3 PM EST on Friday or during the weekend, production will begin on Monday, and your order will usually ship by Tuesday or Wednesday.

🚚 How long does shipping take?

Delivery times may vary depending on your shipping destination:

  • United States: 3–5 business days (USPS/FedEx)
  • Canada, United Kingdom, European Union: 5–10 business days (DHL/FedEx)
  • Other International Orders: 7–14 business days (DHL/FedEx)

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your gift's journey.

✏️ I made a mistake in my order. Can I fix it?

Yes! Please email us at support@calido.store within 3 hours of placing your order.
If your item hasn’t entered production yet, we’ll happily make the correction.
Once the order has been shipped, changes can no longer be made.

❌ Can I cancel my order?

We start crafting your special gift immediately after purchase.
If you need to cancel, contact us at support@calido.store within 3 hours of placing your order.

After this window, cancellations may not be possible as production will already be in progress.

🔍 How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and carrier details.
You can also track your order anytime through our Order Tracking page on the website.

📬 My order says “delivered” but I haven’t received it.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please:

  1. Check your mailbox, front door, porch, or safe drop-off areas
  2. Ask neighbors or family members if they accepted it
  3. Wait 1–2 business days (sometimes delivery scans update early)
  4. Contact your local post office using your tracking number
